Refund Policy

Last updated: March 31, 2026

1. In-app subscriptions (Dart Scores Premium)

Subscriptions purchased through the Dart Scores mobile app are billed by the platform store where you bought them (Apple App Store or Google Play). Joris Dijkstra Software & Consultancy cannot issue refunds directly for those purchases. Refund eligibility, dispute resolution, and chargebacks are handled solely according to Apple and Googlepolicies and tools.

To request a refund or manage a subscription, use your Apple ID or Google account subscription and payment settings, or the support flow provided by the respective store.

2. Consumer rights for online (Paddle) purchases

For anything you buy through our website or organizer checkout where Paddle appears as the seller on your receipt, your contract is with Paddle as merchant of record. Statutory rights (such as withdrawal periods that apply in your country), when transactions are refundable, and any limits for digital content delivered with your consent are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms— not by a separate refund promise on this page. Where the law gives you non-waivable rights, those apply as described there.

Our Terms & Conditions (including any consent to immediate delivery of digital services) apply alongside Paddle's documents for your use of our software; read them together.

3. Tournament dashboard purchases (organizers only)

Players do not pay a registration fee through our tournament platform. Optional paid features, extra capacity, or similar items for a tournament are bought only by the tournament organizer (the admin account) in the organizer dashboard, at the prices and terms shown at checkout. Paddle is the merchant of record for those payments. See our Pricing page for product information; legal terms of the sale are in Paddle's documents linked above.

How to request a refund or cancellation: Refunds are requested from Paddle, not only by emailing us — follow Paddle's instructions: use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your Paddle confirmation email, the support or billing options in your Paddle account where available, or visit paddle.net and use the refund request flow. Paddle verifies eligibility using its transaction records. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are generally non-refundable; Paddle may still issue refunds where the law requires (for example, statutory withdrawal in eligible regions within the periods Paddle describes) or at its sole discretion for requests typically submitted within 14 daysof the transaction date — approval is not guaranteed. See Paddle's policy for full detail.

Technical or service issues: If something is wrong with access to the tournament dashboard or the service does not work as described, contact us first at info@dart-scores.com so we can help. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may escalate to Paddle's support as described in Paddle's Refund Policy (including refunds for material defects where applicable).

Any separate payments between players and organizers outside our Paddle checkout are not covered by this policy.

4. Other payments

If we introduce other paid products or services with different refund rules, we will describe them at checkout and update this page when those rules apply broadly.
